Girl’s Dressing Table
I was given a brush, comb and mirror with my name on it as a christening present. Every day I look at it, hardly ever use it, but it is one of those things that I truly treasure. It reminds me of my mother sitting at her dressing table, getting ready to go out to dinner, looking beautiful. It makes me feel happy.
I think all of these pieces are delightful… that girl's pocket watch is utterly enchanting, turtle tape measure is a gem and the hedgehog pincushion needs lots of little coloured pins in it to bring it to life.
