If you are unhappy with a piece for any reason, just send it back to us in perfect condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase or replace the item. Please include a letter/copy of the invoice explaining the reasons for return and noting whether you wish a refund or replacement. We are unable to refund or replace personalised, bespoke items or items returned damaged.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item.
If your goods arrive damaged, please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you to make a claim or provide a replacement product dependent on the problem.
